The Alternative Cafe will be featuring two incredible artists this month, Vaughn and Mark Bode.

Vaughn Bode is one of the most influential American cartoonists of our time. The worlds and characters he created permeate our collective pop image bank like a classic visual rock & roll soundtrack for our times. His son, Mark Bode, has carried on his legacy pursuing a tremendously successful artistic career for the last 30 years, appearing in a myriad of magazines, and showing all over the world.

Mark Bode will be here for the opening Friday, January 14th, to sign fliers. He will also be performing a live mural on our bread van outside the cafe!
